RETAIL UNIT RENOVATION & FIT-OUT 2

Extensive repairs were necessary to the first floor due to settlement, damp penertration had caused serious damage to both the suspended timber ground floor and the solid floor to the front area had no DPM.
Both defective floors were removed and a new DPC was injected. New bearer walls were constructed to reduce the span distances and to allow us to install the same size joists as the original in order to retain the same floor levels.
The defective concrete was removed to the front of the unit and levels were reduced to allow hardcore, a new Damp Proof Membrane, insulation and new slab to be laid.

RETAIL UNIT RENOVATION & FIT-OUT

It's not just the large projects that require the sevices of an experienced contractor some smaller contracts also require a certain amount of expertise.
This property had been neglected for some time by the previous tennants and had fallen into disrepair requiring a significant amount of remedial work.
We undertook a full strip-out and installed a steel support framework to the chimney stack and roof structure to allow the opening up of the first floor. New windows were fitted, new electrical installation, new shop front and major repairs to the ground and first floors.

OFFICE FIT-OUT NEAR LONDON HEATHROW

A typical developers shell office fit-out. We have undertaken numerous similar projects for clients accross the UK and Ireland.

BARCLAYS BANK, LORD ST, LIVERPOOL

This was a developers shell fit-out and our works package consisted of building works, joinery, ceramic tiling, marble cladding, shop fitting and decorating.
This project represents a typical sub-contract package for a leading main contractor.

BOOTS CHEMIST, NORTHWICH, CHESHIRE

In addition to undertaking extensive improvement works to the interior of the premises major repair work was required to the front elevation. The structural timbers and windows were severely affected by wet rot and it was necessary to renew large sections of the front facade.

The store is located in the heart of the Northwich conservation area and we worked closely with the Local Authority throughout the project. All repairs were undertaken in the traditional way.
